In recognition of the 100 Year Anniversary of the League, the format for the annual installation dinner will not include the Muni Awards.  The new officers will be installed, followed by the keynote speaker, Clarence Anthony the Executive Director of the National League of Cities.  

The annual Buzz Westfall Award for Excellence in Local Govenment will be present to Charlie Dooley for his service in local government.  The League will also recognition to the six founding members of the League: Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Maplewood, Clayton, University City, and Ferguson.
