Start of the New Fiscal Year
The League's 2024-25 fiscal year has officially come to an end. We would like to sincerely thank all of our members and affiliates for making this year a success. We had many successes over the course of the last year, including HB 145 (Sunshine Law) and SB 2 (fee reduction for submitting late annual finance statements) being truly agreed to and passed; a packed affiliate open house with over 30 affiliates participating; and being able to make a generous donation of $25,000 to the American Red Cross for tornado relief.

We appreciate your continued support of the League and all our activities. To continue being an official part of the League, yearly dues must be paid. A membership dues notice has been emailed, and a hard copy has been mailed for your records. Payments are accepted either by check or over the phone by card.

The current federal budget proposal for fiscal year 2026 recommends cutting spending on several programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
