What is a Comprehensive Plan?
A Comprehensive Plan is a document that defines our priorities for how St. Louis County will look and operate in the next 25 years. This roadmap will have recommendations surrounding land use and infrastructure (such as roads, rail, housing, parks, and more), and will also affect, and be affected by, economic and social factors. This document will guide policies across all Departments in the County.
